Test Preparation
Before the Test:
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the elbow (short sleeves are ideal).
• You may be asked to remove watches, bracelets, or any metal objects near the elbow.
• Inform the radiology staff if you are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
Special Considerations:
• If you’re experiencing pain or limited mobility, inform the technician so they can assist you with positioning.
• Bring any previous X-rays or imaging reports if available, especially for comparison in follow-up exams.
