Anti Ds Dna – Ifa

2,000.00

The Anti-dsDNA IFA test detects antibodies directed against double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) using an indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) technique. This method uses fluorescent-labeled antibodies to visualize the binding of patient antibodies to dsDNA on a substrate, allowing for qualitative and semi-quantitative detection.
Anti-dsDNA antibodies are highly specific markers for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and help in diagnosing and monitoring disease activity.
