    Test Preparation

    To get the best results and minimize discomfort, follow these steps:
     Clothing:
    • Wear a short-sleeved shirt or loose clothing so your arms are easily accessible.
    • You may be asked to wear a hospital gown.
     Skin Care:
    • Shower or bathe before the test to remove oils and sweat.
    • Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams on your arms on the day of the test.
    Medication:
    • Take your usual medications unless your doctor instructs otherwise.
    • Inform your doctor if you are taking:
    o Blood thinners (e.g., aspirin, warfarin)
    o Muscle relaxants or nerve medications
     Medical Devices:
    • Let the technician know if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted devices.
    Eating:
    • No fasting required. You can eat and drink normally before the test.
