An X-Ray of the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) – Closed Mouth View is a diagnostic imaging test that captures detailed images of the jaw joint with the mouth closed. The TMJ is the joint connecting the lower jaw (mandible) to the skull, essential for chewing, talking, and other jaw movements.

This test helps visualize the alignment, spacing, and condition of the joint when the mouth is in a resting (closed) position.
