An X-Ray Phallus (AP + LAT) is a specialized radiographic examination of the penis (phallus) taken in two views:

• AP (Anteroposterior) – front to back
• LAT (Lateral) – side view

This test is rarely performed but may be requested in cases where detailed evaluation of the penile structure is needed. It helps detect:

• Trauma or fracture of the penis (e.g., penile fracture)
• Calcification of soft tissues
• Foreign bodies
• Infections or abscesses
• Congenital abnormalities or deformities
