An X-Ray Left SI Joint (AP View) is a diagnostic imaging test that captures the left sacroiliac (SI) joint from the front to back (anterior-posterior). The SI joint is located between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the iliac bones (pelvis). This view helps assess joint space, alignment, and structural changes on the left side.
