An X-Ray Left Shoulder (LAT View), also known as the Lateral View or Scapular Y View, is an angled X-ray of the left shoulder taken from the side. This view provides a profile image of the scapula (shoulder blade) and shows the position of the humeral head relative to the glenoid cavity. It’s especially useful for assessing shoulder dislocations and complex fractures.
