X-RAY Bone Age

300.00

An X-Ray Bone Age test is a diagnostic imaging procedure used to assess a child’s skeletal maturity by examining the growth plates in the bones. It helps:

• Evaluate growth disorders (e.g., delayed or advanced growth).
• Diagnose hormonal imbalances affecting development.
• Predict adult height potential.
• Monitor conditions like precocious (early) or delayed puberty.

This test is typically performed on the left hand and wrist, as these bones provide a reliable estimate of bone development.
