MRI Urography with Lower Abdomen is a specialized imaging test used to evaluate the urinary tract, including the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and lower abdominal structures. It helps detect conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract obstructions, tumors, congenital anomalies, or infections.

A contrast agent (gadolinium-based) may be used to enhance visualization of the urinary system and surrounding tissues.
