    Test Preparation

To ensure accurate results, follow these preparation guidelines:

    • No fasting required; you can eat and drink normally.
    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing for easy access to the genital area.
    • Avoid smoking or caffeine before the test, as they can affect blood flow.
    • Inform the doctor if you are on blood thinners or medications for erectile dysfunction.
    • In some cases, an erectogenic drug (such as alprostadil) may be injected to induce an erection for better blood flow assessment.
