This test is ordered to:
• Diagnose suspected soybean allergy in individuals experiencing allergic symptoms after soy exposure
• Investigate unexplained allergic reactions such as skin rash, gastrointestinal distress, or respiratory problems

• Monitor allergy progression or response to treatment
Preparation for the Test
• Fasting: Usually not required.
• Medications: Inform your healthcare provider about any antihistamines or allergy medications, as they may affect test results.
