Abo Rh / Blood Group (Forward & Reverse Grouping)

200.00

The ABO Rh Blood Grouping test determines a person’s blood group based on the presence or absence of A and B antigens on red blood cells and the Rh (Rhesus) factor (positive or negative). The test involves two steps:
• Forward Grouping: Tests the red blood cells against known anti-A and anti-B antibodies to detect A and B antigens.
• Reverse Grouping: Tests the plasma against known A and B red cells to detect anti-A and anti-B antibodies.
This combined approach ensures accurate blood typing.
