Preparation:
• No special preparation is required for this test.
• You may be asked to provide a midstream clean-catch urine sample.
• Inform your healthcare provider about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter drugs, or herbal supplements you are taking, as some may cause false positives or interfere with results.
• Avoid excessive fluid intake just before the test, as diluted urine may affect the accuracy of the result.
