The Allergen – Bermuda Grass Test is a blood or skin test that detects allergic sensitization to Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) pollen. Bermuda grass is a common warm-season grass whose pollen can cause seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and asthma symptoms. This test measures specific Immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies to Bermuda grass pollen or evaluates skin reactivity to Bermuda grass allergen extracts.
