An X-ray of the Right SI (Sacroiliac) Joint – AP View is a diagnostic imaging test that captures a front-to-back (anteroposterior) view of the right sacroiliac joint. The SI joint connects the sacrum (base of the spine) to the iliac bones (pelvis) and plays a key role in supporting the spine and transferring weight between the upper body and legs.

This test focuses on evaluating the right-side joint and surrounding bone structures
