X-RAY PNS Water View

300.00

An X-Ray PNS (Paranasal Sinuses) – Water’s View is a specific angled X-ray projection used to visualize the maxillary sinuses (located in the cheek area) and parts of the frontal and ethmoid sinuses. It is one of the most commonly used views in sinus imaging.

In this technique, the patient tilts their head back slightly while resting their chin on the X-ray plate — creating the Water’s View angle. This allows clearer imaging of:
• Sinus infections (sinusitis)
• Mucosal thickening or fluid levels
• Nasal polyps
• Obstructions or abnormalities
• Fractures of the facial bones (especially after trauma)
