600.00

An X-Ray Pelvis with Both Hips (AP + LAT) is a diagnostic imaging test that captures the pelvis and both hip joints from two angles:

• AP (Anteroposterior) View – from front to back
• Lateral (LAT) View – from the side

These combined views provide a comprehensive assessment of the bony structures, joints, and alignment of the pelvis and both hips.

This test is commonly done to detect or assess:
• Fractures or dislocations of the hip or pelvis
• Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, or degenerative changes
• Hip dysplasia or developmental abnormalities
• Post-operative evaluation (e.g., after hip replacement)
• Tumors, infections, or bone lesions
