  • Service not provided: If a booked test/service was not performed due to internal issues or technical errors on our end.
  • Double payment: In case of duplicate transactions or excess payment by mistake.
  • Order cancellation: If you cancel your appointment/test at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the test or service has already been conducted.
  • If the delay or non-fulfilment is due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment or after sample collection.
  • For partial dissatisfaction with test results – our responsibility is limited to accurate reporting.
